Attorney Carla McAlary is a versatile attorney who works across practice areas and represents a broad range of clients, bringing clarity and creativity to complex legal matters. She focuses her practice on commercial transactions, trusts and estates, and civil litigation.

A committed and diligent advocate, Carla is known for her analytical approach, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to achieving results tailored to each client’s goals. She focuses on making complicated processes clear, manageable, and purposeful.

Carla earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she served as a Teaching Assistant for Real Property. She also gained experience interning with an intellectual property litigation firm in Chicago and with Publisher’s Clearing House. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Carla enjoyed a successful career spanning fashion design, sales and operations management, marketing, and business consulting. She sees a common thread in all these pursuits–each requires telling the right story and building solutions piece by piece. She credits these experiences with refining her ability to distill complex information into cohesive narriatives–an asset she brings to advocacy, negotiation, and client representation.

A lifelong learner, Carla enjoys taking daily walks, dancing with her son, exploring behavioral economics, and attending thought-provoking lectures in her free time.
