Bianco Professional Association would like to congratulate Laura Keeler as she has been awarded the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (PANH)’s annual scholarship. PANH is a state-wide non-profit professional organization, comprised of over 100 paralegals, law firms, and other organizations, dedicated to the development of the paralegal profession in New Hampshire. Laura was awarded the merit-based scholarship after writing an essay that explored the creation and advancement of Limited License Legal Technicians (LLLTs). The scholarship process was open to individuals enrolled in paralegal studies programs throughout the state, as well as New Hampshire residents enrolled in paralegal studies programs in neighboring states.
Laura received the scholarship in support of her continued academic studies at the ABA-approved paralegal studies program at New Hampshire Technical Institute, which complements her paralegal work experience and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
