Robert L. Best

Attorney Robert Best joined Bianco Professional Association in 2005. He is admitted to both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations, and is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.

Bob's legal expertise is focused in the areas of healthcare law and regulation. His experience also includes civil litigation, government relations, and administrative matters. Bob holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration and is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of health-related law and legislative issues.

Prior to joining Bianco Professional Association, Bob was the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Nurses Association and a Constituent Member of the American Nurses Association. He has participated in biomedical research with the Louisiana State Medical Center Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Additionally, Bob is experienced in hospital administration, outpatient rehabilitation, and ambulatory services.

Currently, Bob sits on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Center of Nursing, a non-profit organization focusing on finding solutions to the shortage of nurses in the state. Bob also serves as a member of the Merrimack, NH Preschool and Kindergarten PTA Board of Directors.

Bob holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a cum laude graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law.
