UCCJEA Comes To New Hampshire

Effective December 1, 2010, the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA) now applies to family law cases filed in New Hampshire.

The UCCJEA has been widely adopted, and is now the law in all states but Vermont and Massachusetts.
