Lisa A. Rule

Attorney Lisa Rule has been a member of Bianco Professional Association for over 25 years. Her law practice is focused on various real estate and business matters. Lisa is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Lisa is proficient in all aspects of real estate and business law. She has in-depth experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate conveyance and lending, business conveyance, manufactured housing, and the development of corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities. Lisa is also experienced in contractual and transactional matters, copyright and trademarks, debt counseling and collection, and landlord/tenant issues.

During her tenure at Bianco Professional Association, Lisa has taught real estate broker recertification courses. She has also officiated as a hearings officer for the State of New Hampshire regarding special education disputes. Lisa served as a Commissioner on the New Hampshire Personnel Appeals Board for over 15 years, and is active in various service, charitable, and cultural organizations.

Prior to joining Bianco Professional Association, Lisa served as in-house counsel to the New Hampshire Medical Society.

Lisa received her Bachelor's Degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
