Estate Planning & Probate Matters
|
At
the Bianco Professional Association, we realize that the busy personal
and business lives of our clients sometimes cause them to overlook the
need to plan and prepare adequately with respect to property
distribution and estate tax matters.
Nevertheless, in this day and age, planning can be critical,
both to minimize tax and administration costs to you and your family,
and to assure that your wishes are carried out. Appropriate
planning can be accomplished smoothly and effectively when you are
given sound legal advice and the information you need.
Our job is to examine your particular circumstances, determine
your wishes with respect to your property and health care, provide the
legal information you need to evaluate the issues involved, and
explore various options to meet those objectives in a manner which
will minimize taxes and administrative costs. We prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care
documents, and other probate, estate planning, and gift tax documents
to carry out your wishes with respect to your assets and your health
care. It is our goal to
assure that your needs are met in the most cost-effective manner so
that your assets benefit you and those for whom you wish to provide. We
pride ourselves on keeping current with changes in the numerous state
and federal laws that affect estate planning and probate
administration. With this in mind, it is suggested that you schedule a
periodic review of your plan to assure that it continues to meet the
needs of you and your family. It
is also advisable to have your plan and documents reviewed if they
were prepared in another state or if there has been a significant
change in your assets or family situation. Our
firm handles all matters administered by the Probate Court and can
assist you and your family with the administration of estates, claims
made by or on behalf of an estate, guardianships of the estate and/or
person of incapacitated adults, guardianships pertaining to children
in need of care and supervision, adoptions, terminations of parental
rights, and other probate matters.
We provide prompt, personalized service, with the utmost respect
for our clients’ wishes and the protection of their privacy.
